Introverted people are most often the ones who feel sensitive to outside energies, because introverts recharge by coming back to center and their own rhythm and vibration.
Extraverts gain energy and feel more recharged by being around others, but the trick for them is, to be mindful of who’s energy they really want to be absorbing.
